Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sh. Ramesh Kumar warmly received and extended a warm welcome to 16-year-old para athletes Sheetal Devi and para athlete Rakesh Kumar in Jammu. They returned after securing medals in the recently concluded Para Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China. He stated that the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, under the guidance of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, is dedicatedly working towards promoting sports and supporting athletes
