Police arrests Haldwani Riots Mastermind Abdul Malik from Delhi. As per police sources, Abdul erected unauthorised Madrassa on Govt land years ago which has been demolished now. He then reportedly instigated locals leading to attacks on police and the team of Govt official. Cops are scanning Abdul’s call details & past record. As per the initial probe, Abdul also owns a mansion in Delhi. NSA will be invoked against him
