Today Social Activist Chandan Datta met Sh Piyush singla and seeks his kind attention to improve the access and quality of education to students in Gvt Schools particularly in far flung areas . Datta said students of far flung areas should be benefitted with all Gvt schemes . Datta has praised the role and vision of Ad Secretary Sh Piyush Singla as seen various steps taken under his leadership in SED since 9th Jan onwards he has assumed the charge of this department . Kotli Welfare Trust extended the warmest greetings, looking forward to a rewarding and enriching exchange of ideas and datta also sought his kind attention in upcoming 2024-25 Session to put a check on rise in fee structure of Private Schools which breaks and shattered the middle Class family dream to impart best education and teaching to their children due to over burden rise in fee charges in Pvt Schools which various parents may approach us to highlight their grievance . Although they are not objecting the genuine fee structure of school but every year unnecessarily charges may be their pain area to address upon . In response, Mr. Singla expressed understanding of the matter raised by KCWT and ensure that the potential hike in fees would be justified and proportionate to the improvements and enhancements that would directly benefit the students and the overall educational experience.

Dr Piyush Singla is known for his focused and dedicated approach . Since he assumed charge his main focus is on discipline of Teachers and rationalise the PTR so that a conducive environment would be created for reasearch and innovation . Datta praised Singlas previously tenure on which he served as DM Udhampur , DM Ganderbal and DM Anantnag as his work speaks at large and people witnessed development reforms taken on ground . Now we have witnessed SED ( School Education department ) is achieving new heights under his able command and vision . Dr Singla apprise the effective implementation of new initiatives such as PM SHRI, Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK), Samiksha app, and JK attendance app. At last Singla praised the work of Kotli Welfare Trust Chairman Sh Chandan datta about their past work for the upliftment of down trodden and to stand for the needy persons in emergency and his vision to serve humanity and mankind .
