Gold Chain Theft Solved in Akhnoor: Accused Arrested
Jammu (16.09.2024) – A gold chain theft case reported by Gourav Gupta, resident of Ward No. 7, Akhnoor, on 15th September 2024, has been successfully resolved. Following the registration of FIR No. 166/2024 under Section 303(2) BNS, the accused, Ashok Kumar, was apprehended. During interrogation, Kumar confessed to the crime, leading to the recovery of the stolen chain. The police commend the prompt actions taken and urge the public to remain vigilant.
