J&K Police arrested one lady Drug Peddler with 142 Grams of Ganja Like Narcotics Substance & ₹2.89 lacs cash from Bishnah area of Jammu District
Jammu, 21-09-2024.In a relentless pursuit against drug peddlers Jammu Police under *Operation Sanjeevani* made a breakthrough on 20.9.2024, apprehending one lady namely Neelam Devi W/o Tarseem Lal R/o Dhindey Khurd, Bishnah from whose house 142 Grams of Ganja like substance along with 2 Lakh 89 Thousand rupees cash recovered.The diligent efforts of the police team of PS Bishnah led by SHO Bishnah Inspector Mustaj Choudhary Under the Supervision of SP HQ Jammu culminated the arrest of said lady.On this regard,FIR No.149/2024 Under section 8/20/27 NDPS has bern registered at PS Bishnah and investigation started, marking a decisive step towards curbing the drug trade in the area.Further investigation is going on.*Jammu Police urges all citizens to remain vigilant against the scourge of drugs and encourages them to report any suspicious activities promptly.
