JKP ORGANIZES ANTI DRUG AWARENESS PROGRAMMES AT GGMS BUDHWANI & GHSS TALOOR IN SAMBA
Samba, December 16: J&K Police has organized anti-drug awareness programmes, aiming to sensitize the students about the ill effects of drug abuse, at Govt. Girls Middle School Budhwani and Govt. Higher Secondary School Taloor in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba which were attended by students, lecturers, teachers and other members of the school management.
The programmes at Govt. Girls Middle School Budhwani and Govt. Higher Secondary School Taloor organized under Civic Action Programme (CAP) were presided over by concerned territorial Officers in which a total of twenty students had actively participated in the said drug awareness programmes. All the participating students of both the educational institutions were given school bags alongwith stationary items as a token of appreciation for their participation.
The Principal of GHSS Taloor and Headmistress GGMS Budhwani expressed their sincere gratitude to the Police Department for their generous contributions and the efforts of J&K Police in promoting awareness about the negative impact of drug abuse were highly appreciated by the school management and attendees.
