Janipur Police Arrest Habitual Drug Peddler: Seize Heroin in Roop Nagar
Jammu, January 11: In a major crackdown on drug trafficking, Janipur Police apprehended a habitual drug peddler, Vinod Kumar, also known as Kuda, near Roop Nagar. Approximately 5 grams of heroin were recovered during the operation.
An FIR (No. 04/2025) has been registered under the NDPS Act, and further investigations are underway. This arrest is part of the police’s intensified actions under the zero-tolerance policy against the growing drug menace in the region.
