SAMBA POLICE SEIZES 5 DUMPERS FOR ILLEGAL MINING
Samba, March 13, 2025: Continuing its drive against illegal mining, Samba Police has seized five dumpers in the jurisdiction of Police Stations Samba and Ghagwal which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material.
Police teams headed by Incharge of Police Posts Supwal and Rakh Amb Talli of PS Samba and Incharge Police Post Rajpura of PS Ghagwal while performing patrolling duty in their jurisdictional areas, have seized five dumpers bearing registration Nos. JK21G-7079, JK21G-6359, JK21J-5393, JK08L-0271 and JK02H-8683 which were being used for illegal transportation/mining of the construction material in the area.
The above mentioned vehicles have been seized by Samba Police and handed over to the Geology & Mining Department, Samba for further legal action.
