Jammu, April 14, 2025: On the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi, Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha described the ceremonial ‘Tawi Aarti’—a ritual of worship and gratitude to River Tawi—as a “divine spectacle” that ushers in a new beginning for the city of temples.
