Security Operations Intensified Across Kulgam Ahead of PM Modi’s Visit

Kulgam, April 15: In anticipation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming visit to Jammu and Kashmir, security operations have been significantly intensified across the Kulgam district to ensure a smooth and secure environment.

Acting on the directions of SSP Kulgam, Shri Sahil Sarangal (IPS), senior police officers are closely monitoring the situation on the ground. ASP NHW Mumtaz Bhatti, accompanied by DySP Operations Naseem Akram, SDPO Qazigund Mansoor Ahmad, SHO Devsar Sajad Ahmad, and SHO Qazigund Masood Ahmad, are actively overseeing the deployment and coordination of security forces across key locations.

Highway patrols, area domination exercises, and surprise checks have been heightened, across Kulgam, and other strategic points. Officials have reiterated their commitment to maintaining peace and ensuring the safety of the public during the high-profile visit.
