Srinagar, Apr 19 : In a strong message aimed at those allegedly fueling unrest in the region, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday declared that so-called “conflict entrepreneurs” will not be allowed to re-emerge in Jammu and Kashmir.

Speaking at a public gathering in Srinagar, LG Sinha said that these individuals—whom he accused of collaborating with hostile elements across the border—were responsible for promoting terrorism and hatred for personal gain. “They joined hands with our neighbour three decades ago and ran a business of bloodshed. Their hands are stained with the blood of innocents,” he said.

He further added that these “conflict entrepreneurs” manipulated the people of Kashmir, turning them into cannon fodder for their own vested interests.

Lauding the efforts of the security forces, LG Sinha said that in recent years, considerable progress has been made in dismantling networks of terror and eliminating those who profit from conflict.

“Some of these elements are once again trying to raise their heads,” he warned. “I want to assure the people that their nefarious designs will not succeed. They will be crushed.
