SAMBA POLICE ARRESTS ABSCONDER EVADING ARREST FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS
Samba, May 03, 2025: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, Samba Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Ghagwal during the year 2013.
A Police team of Police Station Ghagwal headed by SHO PS Ghagwal succeeded in apprehending an absconder namely Nazir Hussain S/o Ibrahim R/o Tanda Supwal district Samba wanted in case FIR No. 53/2013 U/S 188 RPC, 2/3 PCA Act registered at PS Ghagwal.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and lodged in the District Jail Kathua. Thus the arrest warrant u/s 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
