Samba Bar Association Election Results Declared: A S Charak is the new BAS President

Samba, May 17, 2025 – The Samba Bar Association announced the results of its highly anticipated elections today, with members eagerly awaiting the outcome of the leadership roles. The elections, marked by robust participation, have ushered in a new team to lead the association.

President: Ajay Singh Charak emerged as the President, securing a commanding 81 votes, defeating Mandeep Singh, who garnered 65 votes.

Vice President: In a competitive race for Vice President, Rahul Sharma clinched the position with 75 votes, outpacing Sandeepa Kumari (60 votes) and Amrish Singh Slathia (11 votes) in a total tally of 146 votes.

Secretary: Hitesh Sharma won the post of Secretary with 80 votes, surpassing Muneesh Vaid, who received 66 votes.

Joint Secretary: Aniket Vaid emerged victorious as Joint Secretary with 76 votes, narrowly defeating Satish Vidrohi, who secured 70 votes.

Cashier: Neeraj Sadhotra claimed the position of Cashier with a strong lead, earning 70 votes against Nitish’s 54 votes.
