Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander successfully separates from spacecraft

Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander has successfully separated from the spacecraft. The lander and rover are expected to land on the Moon on August 23. Earlier, ISRO chief S Somanath said Vikram will be able to make a soft-landing on Moon’s surface even if all the sensors and two of its engines do not work
