Yasin Malik’s two cases – the Air Force officers killing case & Rubaiya Sayeed abduction case heard in a special TADA Court today

WATCH | J&K: SK Bhat Special Public Prosecutor CBI said, “Today there was a hearing of Yasin Malik’s two cases – the Air Force officers killing case & Rubaiya Sayeed abduction case in a special TADA Court. There were directions against Rafiq Pehlu alias Nana ji who was a strong activist with JKLF. He had participated in the kidnapping of Rubiya Sayed & killing of Air Force officers. Last month, he repeated the offence and has been arrested by Srinagar police. The court has issued directions to produce him virtually on the next date. Today moved the cancellation bail. The next date is 1 October in Rubiya Sayed’s case &16 September in the Airforce killing case. We have also moved an application against the cancellation of the bail of Rafiq Pehlu…,” .
