SAMBA POLICE LODGES NOTORIOUS HEROIN SUPPLIER “MANSHA” IN JAIL WHO HAS BEEN REMANDED TO 15 DAYS JUDICIAL CUSTODY
Police Bringing Narco-Smuggling Cases To Logical Conclusion : SSP Benam Tosh
Samba, September 2 : Police under the guidance of SSP Samba Benam Tosh has lodged notorious heroin supplier “Mansha” of Rakh Barotian Vijaypur in District Jail Kathua, who was arrested in heroin smuggling case and has been remanded to fifteen days judicial custody.
Notorious heroin supplier Mansha s/o Ali Hussain r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur was arrested in case FIR No. 183/2023 u/s 8/21/22/27-A/29 NDPS Act of Police Station Samba registered through Police Post Supwal.
Notorious heroin supplier Mansha used to operate in Samba district particularly in the jurisdiction of Police Station Samba, Vijaypur & Ramgarh and used to supply heroin to the other small suppliers and individual addicts.
Accused Mansha is also involved in attack on Police case FIR No.184/2023 u/s 307/341/353/323/382 IPC registered at Police Station Samba through Police Post Supwal.
After police remand, notorious heroin supplier “Mansha” has been remanded to 15 days Judicial custody by Hon’ble Court of Addl. Sessions Judge Samba and he has been lodged in Kathua Jail.
The arrest of chitta supplier “Mansha” was made by the police team headed by Incharge Police Post Supwal Deepika Jalotra under the supervision of SHO Police Station Samba Rajeshwar Singh, DySP Garu Ram and Additional SP Samba Surinder Choudhary
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that police is conducting investigations systematically in NDPSA cases, apprehending notorious heroin suppliers under law & bringing all cases pertaining to heroin smuggling and supplying to logical conclusion on merits in time bound manner.
