SAMBA POLICE ARRESTED 4 HARDCORE CRIMINALS FOR MURDEROUS ATTACK ON WOMAN, POLICE
142 Hardcore Criminals Arrested In Nine Months : SSP Samba Benam Tosh
Samba, October 19 : Under the overall supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh, Police has arrested four (04) hardcore criminals for committing murderous attacks on woman and police in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bari Brahmana and Police Station Vijaypur respectively.
The arrested criminals have been identified as Mohd Ashraf alias Ashu s/o Roshan Din r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur, Liaqat Ali alias Laaki s/o Babu r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur, Mam Hussain s/o Babu r/o Rakh Barotian Vijaypur and one more criminal.
Out of four hardcore criminals, three have been arrested in attack on police case FIR No.132/2023 u/s 307,382,332,353,148,149,34 IPC of Police Station Vijaypur in which police party while on patrolling duty was attacked by the heroin smugglers and their supporters near Rakh Barotian in the last month, whereas one criminal has been arrested in case FIR No.247/2023 u/s 307,452,323,147,506 IPC of Police Station Bari Brahmana in which one woman was attacked with sharp-edged weapon, was grievously injured and hospitalized.
The hardcore criminals have been arrested by police team headed by SHO Police Station Vijaypur Sandeep Charak and SHO Police Station Bari Brahmana Sumit Sharma under the supervision of SDPO Vijaypur Rohit Kumar, SDPO Bari Brahmana Rahul Nagar and Addl. SP Samba Surinder Choudhary.
Senior Superintendent of Police Samba Benam Tosh said that total one hundred forty two (142) hardcore criminals have been arrested by Samba police in past nine months and strong legal action is being taken against the criminals, miscreants and ’gunda’ elements in the district.
