People in Samba celebrated Diwali with great gaiety & fervour
People in Samba celebrated Diwali, the largest festival of Hindus with great gaiety & fervour. Modernism is mixed with traditionalism and both diyas and lights are displayed by them outside their houses. Children enjoyed the fire crackers especially Chakris, anars & hawais. As usual the traditional Pooja of Mata Lakshmi and lord Ganesha was done by the ladies with great enthusiasm and they wished for good future and lot of happiness and wealth from Mata Lakshmi ji & lord Ganesha.
