ABSCONDER ARRESTED BY POLICE
Samba, August 28: In continuation to its drive against the Absconders/Criminals, Police apprehended an absconder who was wanted in a case FIR registered at Police Station Vijaypur district Samba during the year 2017.
A Police team of PS Bari Brahmana succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Anil Sharma S/o Tilk Raj R/o Pattli Morh Gowal Tehsil Bari Brahmana District Samba wanted in case FIR No. 56/2017 U/S 382/34 IPC Samba registered at PS Vijaypur. The said accused was evading his arrest since 2017 after the commission of the crime.
Accordingly, the said absconder produced in the court of law and sent to District Jail Kathua. Thus the arrest warrant 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
