Absconder nabbed at Naushera:Evading his arrest since 2018
Police in Nowshera area of district Rajouri nabbed an absconder who was wanted in a case but was evading his arrest since 2018.
Absconder has been identified as Ilyas Ahmed,;S/O Shoket Ali, R/o Draba,Tehsil Surankot of District Poonch.
Police team of PS Nowshera led by SHO Nowshera zeroed in the arrested accused absconder at NH144A of Nowshera area on the basis of a human intelligence.
The accused was evading his arrest since long in case FIR No.45/2015 U/S 279/337/338 RPC of PS Nowshera and a general warrant U/s 299 Cr.PC was issued against him by the Hon’ble Court of JMIC Nowshera. After apprehention, the arrested accused person was further produced before the Hon’ble Court of Law.
