ADG Jammu Reviews Security and Logistical Arrangements for Republic Day Parade 2025
Jammu, Jan 21: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, chaired a high-level meeting at the Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ) in Jammu to review security, traffic, and logistical arrangements for the upcoming Republic Day Parade 2025 celebrations.
The meeting focused on ensuring seamless coordination among various security and administrative agencies. ADGP Jain emphasized maintaining a high state of alert, particularly in view of recent security concerns, to ensure smooth and secure execution of the Republic Day events.
Key areas of discussion included:
- Security Measures: Deployment of personnel at strategic locations, anti-sabotage checks, and enhanced surveillance across the region.
- Traffic Management: Streamlined routes for hassle-free movement of participants and the general public.
- Logistical Arrangements: Proper seating, entry-exit protocols, and emergency response readiness.
ADGP Jain directed all officers to remain vigilant and ensure the safety of citizens during the celebrations. He stressed the importance of inter-departmental coordination to tackle any potential challenges.
