ADGP Jammu Vows Crackdown on Terrorist Support Networks
Jammu, J&K: In a decisive move against recent terrorist activities, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu, Anand Jain, announced stringent actions to dismantle support systems aiding terrorism in the region.
“Last month, there were some terrorist activities in Jammu. We have taken action against those behind these activities and those supporting them. Cases have been registered, and extensive search operations have been conducted across more than 50 locations in the affected districts,” stated Jain during a press briefing.
The ADGP further revealed that several individuals have been questioned as part of the ongoing investigation. “We are committed to breaking the support networks that enable terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. This action will continue until we completely dismantle these systems,” he asserted.
This proactive approach comes in the wake of heightened security concerns in the region. The law enforcement agencies have been conducting targeted operations to prevent the resurgence of terror-related activities.
