Akhnoor Matador Accident: 30 Injured, 5 Critical
Akhnoor, Jammu – A tragic accident occurred today near the Army School in Akhnoor when a matador bearing registration number JK02W 7601 overturned. The vehicle was en route from Payan, Maira Mandrian to Akhnoor when it reached Khuga Morh and turned turtle, causing severe injuries to the passengers.
Reports indicate that 30 individuals sustained injuries in the accident. Among them, five were critically injured and have been shifted to the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu for urgent medical treatment.
Emergency services and local authorities & especially Army promptly responded to the scene, providing immediate assistance to the injured. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
