Article 370 abrogation: Matter to be heard finally from 2 August, 2023
In the case on abrogation of Article 370 in the Supreme Court of India,July 27 fixed as the last date of filing written submissions. The name of the reinstated IAS officer Shah Faesal also deleted today from the title of the case on abrogation of Article 370 in the Supreme Court of India. Now the batch of 20+ petitions is given a new title “In Re Article 370 of the Constitution”. . Matter to be heard finally from 2 August, 2023.
