The year-wise, total number of eligible beneficiaries who have enrolled, and total number of beneficiaries provided maternity benefit under the Pradhan Mantri MatruVandanaYojana (PMMVY) during the last three years is as under:

Under Mission Shakti, pregnant women and lactating mothers belonging to socially and economically disadvantaged section of the society are covered under PMMVY. The allocations made under PMMVY are sufficient to cover the targeted group of beneficiaries under PMMVY. The Budget Estimates (BE) for 2023-24 under PMMVY is ₹2067.86 Crore.
