Blacktopping Work of NABARD Road @ ₹2.56 Crore from Ramloo to Chak Salaria Kick-starts by Dr. D.K Manyal MLA Ramgarh

RAMGARH : In a significant boost to local infrastructure, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, MLA Ramgarh and Former Minister for Health and Medical Education, J&K, today inaugurated the blacktopping work of the NABARD-funded road from Ramloo to Chak Salaria, with a sanctioned cost of ₹2.56 crore.
The project addresses a long-standing demand of local residents, providing a vital upgrade in road connectivity. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manyal said, “This road has been a long-pending demand. I am pleased to see work begin today, which will bring tangible development and ease of movement for our people.”
The new road will offer direct connectivity to four to five Panchayats in the Ramgarh area and will significantly enhance access to Vijaypur. Additionally, the improved infrastructure will facilitate easier access for tourists visiting Swankha Mandir and the revered Baba Chambyal Shrine.
Er. Sukhwinder Singh, Assistant Engineer, PWD, along with senior political and local representatives, was present at the ceremony. Among those attending were Former BDC Chairman Darshan Singh, Mandal President Ramgarh Nancy Choudhary, Former Sarpanch Bharat Bhushan, Binder Singh, and Soudhagar Mal.
Dr. Manyal reaffirmed his commitment to the continuous development of Ramgarh constituency, with a focus on better roads, public services, and rural connectivity.
