Calcutta High Court issues Contempt Notice to West Bengal Govt. Calcutta HC directs the West Bengal Govt to immediately hand over Shahjahan to the CBI by 4 pm today. ED had approached the Calcutta High Court, saying West Bengal Police is not cooperating with the Central agency in Shahjahan case.
