Chowki Officer suspended in brutal Gangyal Murder Case

In a brutal murder case that took place yesterday in Greater Kailash area, SSP Jammu Vinod Kumar suspended Gangyal police post incharge Puneet Sharma today & initiated enquiry. It is pertinent to mention that a 40-year-old man was murdered in broad daylight in Gangyal. The family members of the deceased, who were present there at the time of the incident, say that due to a land dispute (in which they say that they had the proper registration of the land for 22 years) some miscreants, entered their land yesterday. They broke the lock of the gate and all this was happening under the very nose of the police & Puneet Sharma & his personnel were present there at the time when all this incident was happening. About 8-9 boys came there with their faces covered and for a long time there was a verbal spat between both the parties.

Then suddenly the persons, attacked the deceased with rods & other blunt things. To save his life, the deceased entered a temporary shed built there and tried to close the door. But those goons were more in number, beaten him so badly and hit his head with the rods, due to which he later succumbed to injuries. A video of him has also gone viral on social media before dying in which he is standing with his hands on his head and blood is continuously oozing out from his head. He is feeling dizziness & saying that Purshotam has tried to kill him.

There is an allegation on the police that the police did not take any action in this whole murder case, neither they tried to stop those goons when they were beating him nor they arrested the persons on spot.

The deceased family alleged that they did not shift him to the hospital for two and a half hours. Due to which he died later. The people of Jammu are very angry over this whole incident.

Police taking this into cognizance has suspended Gangyal Chowki Officer Puneet Sharma & arrested two accused. The names of the arrested persons are Purshotam and Gola Shah. Due to such incident people are in very anger. They have the opinion that this murder could have been avoided if the police take the timely action.

ग्रेटर कैलाश इलाके में कल हुए एक हत्याकांड के चलते हुए आज एसएसपी जम्मू विनोद कुमार जी ने गंग्याल पुलिस चौकी अधिकारी पुनीत शर्मा को सस्पेंड कर दिया। हम आपको यह बताते चले की दिन दहाड़े हुए इस हत्याकांड में 40 साल के एक शख्स की मौत हो गई थी। मृत्क के परिवार वालों का कहना है, जो की घटना क्रम के समय वहीं पर मौजूद थे की एक जमीनी विवाद के चलते जिसमें वह बताते हैं कि उनके पास जमीन 22 साल से थी, कुछ बदमाशों ने जिन में मुख्यता गोला शाह और पुरुषोत्तम का नाम बताया जा रहा है वह बदमाशों के साथ कल उनकी जमीन में घुस आए। उन्होंने गेट का ताला तोड़ दिया और यह सब पुलिस की निगरानी में हो रहा था, चौकी अधिकारी पुनीत शर्मा जी उसे वक्त वहां पर मौजूद थे, जब यह सारी वारदात हो रही थी। तकरीबन 8-9 लड़के वहां पर अपना मुंह बांध कर आए थे और काफी देर तक दोनों पार्टियों में कहां सुनी भी होती रही। फिर उसके बाद अचानक से उन पार्टियों ने जिनमें मृतक पर वार कर दिए मृत्क अपनी जान बचाने के लिए वहां बने हुए एक टेंपरेरी शैड में भी घुसा और दरवाजा बंद करने की कोशिश की। लेकिन वह बदमाशों की संख्या में ज्यादा थे वह अंदर घुस और उसकी इतनी बुरी तरह से पीटा और राड़ उसके सिर पर दे मारीं जिसमें वह बाद में मर गया। मरने से पहले उसका एक वीडियो भी सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ ह जिसमें वह सिर पर हाथ रखे हुए खड़ा है और उसके सर से लगातार खून निकल रहा है। उसको लगातार धक्के लग रहे हैं और वह बता रहा है कि उसकी जान लेने की कोशिश पुरुषोत्तम ने की है। पुलिस पर यह भी आरोप है कि पुलिस ने इस सारे हत्याकांड में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की ना ही उन्होंने उन बदमाशों को रोकने की कोशिश नंही की जब वह उसको पीट रहे थे और जब वह खून से लथपथ होकर वहां पर गिर गया। तो मृतक के घर वालों के मुताबिक उन्होंने ढाई घंटे तक उसको वहां से अस्पताल में शिफ्ट नहीं किया। जिससे उसकी बाद में मृत्यु हो गई इस सारे हत्याकांड पर जम्मू के लोगों में बहुत ही रोष है वह इस रोष को देखते हुए पुलिस अधिकारियों ने चौकी प्रभारी पुनीत शर्मा को सस्पेंड कर दिया । इस घटनाक्रम में यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि पुलिस ने दो अभियुक्तों को भी अपनी हिरासत में लिया है जिन में पुरुषोत्तम और गोल शाह प्रमुख है। जम्मू में आए दिन हो रही इस तरह से वारदातों से लोगों का पुलिस में से विश्वास कम हुआ है और लोगों का यह मानना है कि अगर पुलिस समय रहते यह कार्रवाई करती तो सारे घटनाक्रम में इस हत्याकांड से बचा जा सकता था।
