Congress activist Mr Satish Dutta toured hilly areas of Sorum: listened the griveances of the people

Congress activist and social worker Mr Satish Dutta toured hilly areas of Sorum of Samba constituency yesterday in order to find out the difficulties being faced by the public of hilly areas viz. availability of drinking water supply and electricity supply. While interecting with the public,local prominent persons made aware to Mr Dutta that people of Sorum area are facing a lot of problem in getting drinking water supply for the last one month and no authority has taken care of this issue inspite of many requests to PHE officials. Mr Dutta assured to the public to resolve their drinking water problem with in couple of days through concerned authorities.Sh Jarnail Singh panch, Sh. Hans Raj, Sh.Charan Dass and Sh Krishan Singh prominent persons of Sorum village also spoke on the occasion and apprised to Mr Dutta about many other issues of Sorum hilly belt .They also appealed to Mr Dutta to increase frequency of his visits to their area so that people of this area shall not suffer any more .
