DC Samba Abhishek Sharma launched a programme for adoption of BHIM-UPI based cashless transactions in district panchayats. QR codes distributed to all 101 panchayats as a stride towards digitization and financial inclusion in District Samba in collaboration with NABARD and JK Bank.
