Eruption of criminal activities in Distt Samba: What may be the consequences?

In the last few days, criminal activities have suddenly increased in Samba district. Five days ago, a gangster Akshay Kumar was murdered in broad daylight and the murderers had come in three-four vehicles in full filmy style and they fired about 12-13 rounds. They not only took away Akshay Kumar’s life but also cut one of his hands. Akshay himself was involved in criminal activities and many cases were registered against him and he had also been in jail under PSA and just five days after this incident, a newspaper hawker, who was resident of Pekhri of Raya attacked by a criminal who badly chopped his both knees with a sharp edged weapon. Both the murdrers of Akshay & attackers of Devinder Singh are at large. It is not a good thing as both these incidents happened within a short period of time. Criminal activities took place earlier also but now the way, the criminals are glorifying them by posting it on Instagram as in the case of murder of Akshay, they are following the style of Lawrence Bishnoi. They were brandishing pistols and a severed hand also & took the responsibility for the murder in Lawrence Bishnoi style. It means they want to spread a wave of terror/panic among the rival groups & general people. As a result of this glorification, within a few days, another criminal badly chopped off both the knees of a newspaper hawker. There is one more thing in Akshay’s case that he also had a pistol. If he had a pistol then why the police didn’t know about it. Why was the police not keeping an eye on him also? Now if we talk about Ramgarh area of Samba district,it is connected to Bishnah and Arnia areas which are very famous areas for Chitta & a very sensitive area. They are the hotspots of Chitta and incidents like this are common every day. In a case that happened a few years ago, criminals took the lives of two-three gangsters by firing bullets at each other & some policemen were also involved in it.

Now criminals are such committing crimes in Samba district also is a matter of serious concern. According to sources, it has been heard that many criminals are currently out on parole and they are thinking to settle their old scores. The way these activities are happening, it is emboldening those people and the day is not far when one or two more such incidents may happen in Samba district. If sources are to be believed, the atmosphere in Samba district is very hot at this time. Everything looks calm on the outside but anything can happen at any time & old gang rivalary may erupt. We request the administration to take strict action against such activities and those who are involved in these activities should be given exemplary punishment.

पिछले कुछ दिनों से एकाएक सांबा जिला में क्रिमिनल एक्टिविटीज बढ़ गई है। पांच दिन पहले ही एक गैंगस्टर अक्षय कुमार का दिनदहाड़े मर्डर कर दिया गया और मर्डर करने वाले पूरे फिल्मी स्टाइल में तीन-चार गाड़ियों में आए थे और उन्होंने लगभग के 12-13 राउंड फायरिंग करके अक्षय कुमार की जान ले ली और उसका एक हाथ भी काट कर ले गए। अक्षय कुमार खुद भी क्रिमिनल एक्टिविटीज में संलिप्त था और उसे पर बहुत सारे केस दर्ज थे और PSA के तहत वह जेल में भी रह चुका था ओर उसके पांच दिन के बाद ही एक न्यूज़ पेपर हाकर को जो की पेखरी का रहने वाला था, एक क्रिमिनल द्वारा उसके दोनों घुटने बुरी तरह से तेजदार हथियार से काट दिए गए। थोड़े ही दिनों में इस तरह की दो वारदातों का होना यह कोई अच्छी बात नहीं है। क्रिमिनल एक्टिविटीज पहले भी होती थी लेकिन अब जिस तरीके से अक्षय कुमार के मर्डर में क्रिमिनल लोगों द्वारा इंस्टाग्राम पर लॉरेंस बिश्नोई के स्टाइल में उसको पोस्ट करना, पिस्तौलों का दिखाना और कटे हुए हाथ का दिखाना, इससे लगता है कि क्रिमिनल लोग अब इन चीजों को ग्लोरिफाई कर रहे हैं उनके इस तरह से लॉरेंस बिश्नोई स्टाइल में मर्डर की जिम्मेदारी लेना हथियारों का दिखाना यह दर्शाता है कि वह क्राइम को किस तरह से ग्लोरिफाई करना चाहते हैं और लोगों में एक दहशत की लहर को फैलाना चाहते हैं। उनके इस तरह से ग्लोरिफाई करने का नतीजा ही है कि कुछ ही दिनों में दूसरे क्रिमिनल ने एक न्यूजपेपर हाकर के दोनों घुटने बुरी तरह से काट दिए। अक्षय के केस में एक बात और भी है कि उसके पास भी एक पिस्टल था अगर वह बाहर आया था तो उसके पास पिस्तौल थी तो क्या पुलिस वालों को इस बात का पता नहीं था और अगर उसकी क्रिमिनल एक्टिविटीज में बाकी लोगों के साथ दुश्मनी थी तो पुलिस उन पर नजर क्यों नहीं रख रही थी। 5-6 पिस्टल डालकर बदमाश दिनदहाड़े घूम रहे हैं इस चीज का क्या मतलब है। अब अगर हम बात करें तो सांबा डिस्टिक का रामगढ़ का इलाका बिश्नाह और अर्निया के इलाके से जुड़ा हुआ है जो की चिट्टे के लिए बहुत ही मशहूर इलाके हैं। वहां पर चिट्टा की सप्लाई और आए दिन इस तरह की वारदातों का होना आम बात है। कुछ साल पहले हुए एक मामलों में क्रिमिनल्स ने एक दूसरे पर बुरी तरह से गोलियां डालकर दो-तीन बांधों की जान ले ली थी। उसमें कुछ पुलिस वाले भी संलिप्त थे। अब उन लोगों का इस तरह की वारदातों का सांबा जिला में भी अंजाम देना एक गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। सूत्रों के अनुसार यह सुनने में आया है कि बहुत से बदमाश इस वक्त परोल पर बाहर आए हैं और वह बाहर आकर अपने पुराने हिसाब बराबर करने के बारे में सोच रहे हैं। जिस तरह से यह गतिविधियां हो रही हैं इससे उन लोगों को शह मिल रही है और वह दिन दूर नहीं जब इस तरह की एक दो वारदात सांबा जिला में और हो सकती हैं। सूत्रों की माने तो इस वक्त सांबा जिला का माहौल बहुत ही गर्माया आया हुआ है। ऊपर से सब शांत दिख रहा है लेकिन अंदर से कुछ भी हो सकता है। हमारी प्रशासन से यह गुजारिश है कि इस तरह की गतिविधियों पर कड़ी तरह से निकाल कई जाए और जो लोग इन गतिविधियों में संलिप्त हैं उनको एक एक्सेमप्लेरी पनिशमेंट मिलनी चाहिए जिससे लोगों में एक सुकून की लहर दौड़ सके और जो दहशत का माहौल व्यापक हो गया है उससे लोगों को निजात मिल सकेl
