Kishtwar: J&K Police in Kishtwar district achieved a significant breakthrough with the apprehension of Parvaiz Ahmed, alias Haris, an ex-militant who had eluded arrest for the past 18 years. He was wanted in Case FIR No. 100/2005, U/Sec. 302/307/RPC 7/27 IA Act, registered at PS Kishtwar.
