Four Terrorists Neutralized in Kulgam: One Soldier Martyred

South Kashmir: On Saturday, July 6th, security forces neutralized four terrorists in Kulgam district during an operation. Since this morning, there have been two separate encounters between security forces and terrorists in Kulgam. During a search operation, terrorists opened fire on the security forces, resulting in the martyrdom of a soldier. Subsequently, an encounter ensued in which four terrorists were killed. Reports suggest that gunfire is still ongoing in the area.

Hours after the initial encounter in Kulgam, another confrontation began in the Chingam area of Frisal village. Reports indicate that security forces received intelligence about the presence of Lashkar terrorists in the area, prompting immediate action. The security forces have cordoned off the encounter zones and additional security personnel have been deployed to ensure the safety of the public.
