Ghulam Hassan Bhat, retired DIG of J&K Police laying wreath to his son Humayun Bhat DySP who he has been martyred in Gadole area of Anantnag at the age of just 29 in an encounter with the millitants. The martyred DySP bereaved his wife & a small kid.
