Golden Temple Incident: Police Foil Attack on Sukhbir Singh Badal, Watch the Video

Amritsar: A potentially tragic incident was averted at the Golden Temple today as Narain Singh Chaura attempted to fire at Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Sukhbir Singh Badal. The Punjab Police acted swiftly, with a constable successfully apprehending Chaura before he could carry out the attack.

According to the Punjab DGP’s office, a security cordon was already in place, which played a crucial role in foiling the attack. Chaura was restrained and taken into custody immediately. No injuries were reported, and the situation was brought under control without escalation.
