IAS Officer Raghav Langer Promoted to Super Time Scale by Uttarakhand Government

Jammu, Jan 1: Dr. Raghav Langer, an IAS officer of the 2009 batch hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, has been promoted to the Super Time Scale (Secretary grade) by the Uttarakhand Government. The order was officially issued by the state government, recognizing his exemplary service.

Currently serving as the Director in the Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Dr. Langer has an illustrious career marked by key positions in both Jammu and Kashmir and Uttarakhand.

During his deputation to Jammu and Kashmir, Dr. Langer held pivotal roles including Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Secretary Planning, and Deputy Commissioner of Kathua and Pulwama districts. His tenure in these roles was marked by significant contributions to development and governance.

The promotion to the Secretary grade reflects his dedication and achievements in public administration.
