IGP Jammu Anand Jain IPS flags off Special Olympics athletes representing J&K UT in North Zone competition at Chandigarh. He flagged off this contingent of special athletes with warm wishes to bring laurels to the UT of J&K. While interacting with the Special Olympics Athletes he encouraged/advised them to participate in the events with enthusiasm and full vigour.
