Immediately handover Shahjahan Sheikh to CBI: Calcutta High Court to Bengal Police
Calcutta High Court directs Bengal Police to immediately handover Shahjahan Sheikh to CBI by 4:30 pm today. Calcutta HC also ordered the transfer of the probe into attack on ED officials at Sandeshkhali to the CBI.
