Israel launched an attack on Hamas after 5,000 rockets were fired by the militant group on the country. Israeli air force is bombing targets in Gaza. Dozens of fighter jets of the Israeli Air Force are now attacking targets of the terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli military confirmed an infiltration had occurred in several locations near the Gaza border in southern Israel as it ordered residents to remain indoors. It added that the militant group will face the consequences. Social media was full of the pictures of the Hamas invasion into Israeli territory.
