Jammu & Kashmir Police arrest 10 ex-terrorists in a case related to conspiracy of reviving banned organisation JKLF & Hurriyat

Jammu & Kashmir Police arrest 10 ex-terrorists on July 10, in a case related to conspiracy of reviving banned organisation JKLF & Hurriyat. Case registered under sections 10, 13 of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act & section 121 A of IPC in police station Kothibagh.

The arrested persons and others were planning to revive these organisations under the direction of Pakistan-based handlers. Initial investigation revealed that they were in touch with entities based abroad, and few of them were members of many groups that propagate secessionism like the Kashmir Global Council headed by Farooq Siddiqui and Raja Muzaffer of JKLF. Investigation is underway & some more arrests are likely to take place: J&K Police
