Jammu Police arrested 3 Notorious Criminals: Sharp edged Weapons recovered
Jammu, 19 July 2024 – In a decisive operation, the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) recovered sharp weapons following a violent clash over a controversial conspiracy in Ring Road Jafar Chak. The clash involved notorious criminals and gangsters who attacked their opposition, prompting a formal complaint and subsequent investigation on July 14, 2024.
Under the direction of the Station House Officer (SHO) Kanachak and the supervision of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Domana and the Superintendent of Police (SP) Rural Jammu, the police team in Gajansu took immediate action. Their efforts led to significant results, including the arrest of three suspects:
- Sunny Sharma, son of Bansi Lal Sharma, resident of Madh, Jammu
- Nikhil Khajuria, aka Buddhi, son of Rajinder Kumar, resident of Madh, Jammu
- Abhishek Kumar, alias son of Vijay Kumar, resident of Gole Panjpir, Pond Tillo, Jammu
The JKP successfully seized sharp-edged weapons and baseball bats used in the fight from the suspects. The accused are currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing, with more arrests expected in the coming days.
