J&K: Passenger Bus Catches Fire Due to Engine Short Circuit Near Nomain, Reasi
Katra, October 4 – A passenger bus traveling from Katra to Jammu caught fire near Nomain Naka today at around 1510 hours. The bus, bearing registration number JK02AN4971, experienced a short circuit in its engine, which led to the fire.The quick thinking of the bus driver prevented any tragedy, as he immediately stopped the vehicle and ensured all passengers were safely deboarded. Fortunately, no injuries or human loss have been reported.Local police and fire emergency services promptly arrived at the scene to assist passengers and contain the fire.
