J&K Police Announces Transfers and Postings of DySPs

Jammu & Kashmir Police Headquarters has issued an order on August 14, 2024, regarding the transfer and posting of Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) across the region. The order, identified as Order No. 2188 of 2024, involves the reassignment of several officers in the interest of administration. The details are as follows:
- Abdul Ghafoor (PID No. KPS125821) has been transferred from DySP DAR, Awantipora, to SDPO Saddar, Srinagar.
- Sheikh Ameer-Ul-Allah (PID No. KPS125757) has been moved from DySP PC, Awantipora, to SDPO Sumbal.
- Mohd Ayoub Rather (PID No. EKX915288) has been transferred from DySP EOW, Anantnag, to DySP Hqrs, Srinagar.
- Latief Ahmad Khan (PID No. KPS185681) was under orders of posting as DySP Hqrs, Bandipora, and is now reassigned to DySP Ukhral, Ramban.
New Postings:
- The following DySPs have been ordered to report to ZPHQ Kashmir and await further orders:
