Adv Rakesh Bhagat of Samba Distt Court has been attacked, beaten brutally by a person. According to initial inputs he has been going to Morning walk from his home in Arazi Samba when this incident takes place. He has been referred to GMC Jammu by the Samba Hospital. Police has arrested the accused. More details awaited.
