KCWT Chairman & Social Activist Sh Chandan Datta organises a protest against smart meters and release of Yuva rajput sabha members
Today a massive protest has been organised by blocking Rehari Subash Nagar main road in favour of “No Road No Toll” . People of Kotli colony along with Councillor Smt Anu bali has shown strong resentment not to release Yuva rajput members at the earliest and also against high rise electricity bills and Smart meters. Datta said LG led rule is exploiting comman general masses by putting extra burden on their pockets in terms of high raised bills from Smart meters, Toll tax and high rates of sand n stone. Today to built a new house is a dream for comman masses with such high exploited rate of mining. People of Jammu is really in trouble due to this draconian policies of Govt for comman general people of low and middle class. High rise bills due to false fast reading of Smart meters are unacceptable to people. Datta warns administration to act and behave with people friendly approach and immediately release Yuva Rajput Sabha members and revoke toll tax at the earliest otherwise be ready to face severe implications of situation and this unrest among people . Datta appeal to people to come out in large number and stand united for the cause of Jammu .
