In a social media post the Khauff Group has made accusations on Gataru Gang for organized crime in Vijaypur following some media posts terming him as ‘Samaj Sewak’. Accusing the Gataru Gang, led by Sumit Jandyal alias Gataru and his two brothers Sourav and Gourav, of being involved in multiple criminal activities in Vijaypur, Anil Rajje, a member of the Khauff Group, highlighted several allegations:
- Gang Activities: Gataru Gang is accused of forming an organized group involved in land grabbing, drug trafficking, and weapon dealing.
- Violent Incidents: Allegations include the shooting at Makhan on Ring Road, with around 50 rounds fired, and attacking Sahil Sharma (alias Gilka) with sharp weapons.
- Fabricated Cases: The Khauff Group alleges that the Gataru Gang staged incidents, such as firing bullets in their own home, to frame others.
- Use of Illegal Weapons: Questions have been raised about how Gataru obtained weapons and whether they were licensed.
- Involvement of Family Members: The group claims that Gataru’s entire family, including his brothers, were complicit in criminal activities.
Anil Rajje also said If Sumit Jandyal (Gataru) was a social worker, why did he possess illegal weapons? He also posed questions on social media that Why has Gourav, one of the accused brothers, been absconding for over a year?
What are the real facts but one thing is there that criminal are using social media as a tool to spread their own view point and to advocate there own theory. Police should dealt with social media handles sternly.
