Landmark decision; SP Vaid in context with repealing of Criminal Laws

Organized crime and love jihad brought into the draft of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill. Summary trial of cases less than 3 years punishment and upto Rs. 20k fine will reduce 40% load of session courts thus reducing the pendency. Landmark decision by @narendramodi government and Home Minister @AmitShah. He also said that,”For the cases I dealt with in early 90s which are still ongoing, I have been summoned in the court concerned multiple times to record statement and verify the edvience.
