He stated that the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Campaign has evolved into a Jan-Andolan in J&K, emphasizing the need for united efforts towards a ‘Garbage-Free India.’ Additionally, he mentioned that 100% of villages in J&K have achieved the milestone of being ODF PLUS under the ‘Model’ category.
