List of Governer of Jammu and kashmir

Prior to October 2019, the state of Jammu and Kashmir had a governor who was appointed by the President of India. However, in 2019, the state was reorganized into two separate union territories – Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh. Since then, the region is governed by a Lieutenant Governor, who is also appointed by the President of India. Here’s a list of Governors and Lieutenant Governors of Jammu and Kashmir:
