Manipur Violence: May 4 video of women being paraded naked surfaces, PM says, “No culprit will be spared”
A May 4 video of violence hit Manipur state is being surfaced in which four women stripped & praded naked. PM Modi said this is very humiliating, he is very much bothered on this video. He further said no culprit will be spared
On the other hand Chief Justice of India said, “This is very bothersome. He further said state govt & centre must clear their position on this & explain what steps are taken in this regard.”
